Peggy Tanous of the Real Housewives of Orange County hosted the launch of Silver Spoons Baby Planners at trendy Xpecting Maternity Boutique.
We had time to sit and chat with Peggy, proud mom of daughters London and Capri, about her pregnancy experiences.
Peggy says; “My favorite thing about being pregnant was not worrying about doing sit ups all the time. Being a swimsuit model, I did a lot of sit ups! My least favorite thing about being pregnant was not being able to eat sushi. My best advice to expectant moms is to take people up on their offers to bring food over or to watch the baby so you can sleep! Worst advice would be to tell someone not to get an epidural.”

Peggy experienced postpartum depression after the birth of both of her daughters and is currently writing a book to help other women going through the same thing. When we asked her about leaving the Real Housewives of OC, Peggy said she had mixed feelings about leaving the show this season but felt this was best thing for her family, she didn’t want to fight anymore.

favorite baby shower gift is getting the essentials like, diapers, wipes, bottles. Things that will be needed when baby arrives.
