Keith Cooke’s Studio in Brentwood offers Cardio Kickboxing for Moms andkids!  An awesome heart pumping-fat burning workout! Keith also offers martial arts classes for children:

  • Ages 4 – 5: Little Dragons
  • Ages 6- 8: Kids Program
  • Ages 9 – 15: Juniors Program
 
 
The programs focuses on developing strong, core karate skills along with coordination and concentration. All while having a great time! Once a belt level has been achieved, instructors will confer about moving the child up a level. Heidi Klum was spotted in Keith Cooke’s class this morning with her children. Klum is among many other famous celebrities who love taking his classes.
