- SEASON SALT- Season “UNDER” the SKIN.
- VEGETABLE OR CANOLA OIL -ALL OVER CHICKEN (Top to Bottom)
- SEASON SALT
- BLACK PEPPER
- ITALIAN SEASONING
- GARLIC POWDER
- PAPRIKA
RUB
ALL OVER CHICKEN-TOP TO BOTTOM PLACE IN ROASTER-(WORKS BEST-10X BETTER THAN A GLASS DISH)
ADD
- 2-CUPS CHICKEN BROTH
- 4-GARLIC CLOVES-on bottom of roasting pan.
- CHICKEN
PLACE IN FREEZER BAGS TO MARINADE OVERNIGHT (including oil) roasting day….
ADD- 1/2 CUP OF LEMON JUICE OR 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE.
