HERE IS A EASY & BASIC RECIPE.-NO OIL
HUMMUS
Two 15 OZ.-CANS-GARBANZO BEANS
Two LEMONS-FRESH OR 1/2-CUP-JUICE
1/3 CUPof TAHINI
1-1/4 TEASPOON -SALT
IN A FOOD PROCESSOR:
ADD GARLIC-MIX
ADD WATER & LEMON JUICE & GARBONZO BEANS MIX For 3 MINUTES
ADD:
TAHINI & SALT-MIX REFRIGERATE 1 HOURSERVE WITH PITA BREAD!

Love it! I think homemade hummus is SO much better than anything you can get at the supermarket, and I’d love to try this no-oil version. I forgot to add that I had no idea you could make Hummus without oil. Awesome!
