For those of you that prefer “HOMEMADE HUMMUS”

HERE IS A EASY & BASIC RECIPE.-NO OIL
HUMMUS

Two 15 OZ.-CANS-GARBANZO BEANS

One GARLIC CLOVE
Two LEMONS-FRESH OR 1/2-CUP-JUICE
1/3 CUPof TAHINI
1-1/4 TEASPOON -SALT
1-CUP OF WATER

IN A FOOD PROCESSOR:

ADD GARLIC-MIX
ADD WATER & LEMON JUICE & GARBONZO BEANS MIX For 3 MINUTES

ADD:

TAHINI & SALT-MIX
REFRIGERATE 1 HOUR
SERVE WITH PITA BREAD!

  1. Love it! I think homemade hummus is SO much better than anything you can get at the supermarket, and I’d love to try this no-oil version.
